Why Mr. Cookie?

Q. Why should I place my corporate orders with Mr. Cookie?
A: There are No hassles when you order your corporate gifts: there is however, timely delivery, efficiency, professional, full-service treatment for all of your corporate and bulk gifting needs. Your brand is highlighted as a means of reinforcing and affirming client and employee importance. You simply identify who gets what items, and we work out the logistics from there.

Flavour FAQS

Q. What gift boxes are available?
A: We have multiple curated gift box ideas to spoil your clients:
1. Classic cookie gift boxes (~350 g) - Minimum order: 5 dozens. Flavour options: milk, dark, and white chocolate chip cookies (mix up your dozens!)
2. Classic brownie gift boxes (~900 g) - Minimum order: 3 boxes. Flavour options: classic chocolate chip brownies.
3. Custom labelled single-serve party packs - 60 individual cookies, as a minimum order: 5 dozen. Mix up your dozens, choose from milk, dark, white, and triple-choc. For brownies, 72 individual brownies, as a minimum order.
Q. Do you cater to other dietary requirements?
A: We currently provide vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free options for most of our cookie selections. Brownies are available as an egg-free option. No gluten-free options are currently available.
Q. Can I order any item from your shop as a corporate or bulk item?
A: Sure thing. Let us know what you’re thinking, and we can work to make it happen.
Q. What is the shelf life of your gift items?
A: Our baked goods do not contain preservatives. At room temperature our cookies stay fresh for 3 days, and brownies are best for 10-12 days. (This is of course when they are kept in air-tight containers.) To extend shelf life, they can be refrigerated for weeks and frozen for months. Resuscitate them with a warm oven or microwave.

Q. Can I receive a product sampler before ordering?
A: Absolutely! Just give us a ring on +64 211764364 or email us at info@mrcookie.co.nz for more details.
Q. Do you give bulk discounts?
A: Yes indeed! Mr Cookie offers a discount for large order quantities. Take advantage of this great offer for corporate gift buying or any other occasions. Please contact us for more information.
Q. Do you do branding?
A: As we represent your brand, we welcome you to include your company’s branded material in each gift box. Typical examples are business cards, magnets, flyers, cards, marketing materials, etc.
Q. Can I mix up my order?
A: You are welcome to mix up your cookie order, but this is only by the dozen. E.g. a minimum order of 5 dozens allows you to choose 4 dozen milk and 1 dozen dark chocolate chip cookies, or 3 dozen white and 1 dozen milk and 1 dozen dark chocolate chip cookies, etc. We are unable to mix a single dozen.
Q. How can I place my corporate gift order?
A: You can either place your order online or email us at sales@mrcookie.co.nz. Either way, we’ll be in touch with you to make sure your clients get what you want.

Shipping FAQs
​
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. We courier throughout New Zealand. Delivery times are usually 1-2 days within metro regions of the North Island. Rural delivery is usually 2-5 days. Auckland deliveries are also provided as an in-house option, with deliveries scheduled for our drivers.
Q. Can I place my order today for future arrival dates?
A Absolutely! You can specify when you would like your treats, and we will bake them fresh-as for the occasion.
Q. What does shipping cost?
A: Please contact us for a quote, as this varies from order to order. As a guide, delivery for less than 1kg within Auckland (and North Island metro regions) costs $12 for courier, $10 for our driver, and pick-up is free.
Q. Can you ship to multiple addresses?
A: Yes! Email us a spreadsheet at sales@mrcookie.co.nz and we will be in touch to confirm the details. Please ensure that your street numbers are correct and complete (unit/flat numbers, post code, etc) in order to get the delivery there without unnecessary delays.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A: Certainly. Contact us and we will arrange for a (free) pickup time.
Q. Do you offer Holiday shipping?
A: Courier services are unavailable on holidays such as Waitangi Day, New Year, Christmas, Anzac, etc., however our drivers may be available for a drop off. Pick-ups may also be available as another option.
Q. Is a signature required for my clients’ delivery?
A: Residential addresses typically do not require a signature. If there is no one to accept the package, and the driver does not feel comfortable leaving it for ANY reason, he or she is NOT required to leave the package. We will discuss a second delivery with the client.

Change of mind FAQs

Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A. Please note that Mr. Cookie does not accept returns or exchanges of our baked goods.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, you can. Just give us a ring on +64 21 176 4364 or email immediately. Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed and being processed, we are unable to effect cancellation.
Q. Can I swap my order for something else?
A: You sure can. Before we confirm or process corporate orders, we are happy to accommodate your requests to change items around.

Payment FAQs
​
Q. When can I make payment?
A: For corporate orders there are options to pay. Payments for Invoiced orders are due 14 days from their issue date (the 21st of each month). Other payment options require payments be paid before the order is confirmed and processed.
Q. Do you offer invoicing as a payment option?
A: We provide invoicing services for corporate and bulk orders. Invoices are sent on the 21st of each month, and are net 14 days for payment.
Q. Can I pay cash for my corporate orders?
A: Our preferred payment options are Online. Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments for corporate orders. We will provide you with our GST registration upon request.
